Store in the fridge
Transfer the sauce to an airtight container or simply cover it with plastic wrap and refrigerate it, once stored it will keep for up to two months. As long as it is well closed.
Store in the freezer
Freezing is a great option if you want to make the sauce in bulk and use it for later. Transfer the sauce to freezer bags, press to get as much air out as possible and freeze.

- 1 and 3/4 pound ground beef
- 1 large chopped onion
- 1 chopped celery stalk
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- ¼ teaspoon dried basil
- ¼ teaspoon ground cloves
- ½ teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- ½ cup of breadcrumbs
- ⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 big eggs
- ½ cup of milk
- 1 and 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil
- ½ cup of tomato sauce
Preheat oven to 350°F.
